Currently, there is little in the way of certification available for industrial 5G devices. As a result, the details and capabilities of each device must be examined individually.
To assist in selecting the right device for specific use cases, 5G-ACIA has created an Industrial 5G Device Overview and a Virtual Demo Wall . These resources provide an overview of various devices and their capabilities, while also showcasing the current Industrial 5G ecosystem.
In general, 5G radio devices require approval for the countries where they will be operated. In some cases, certification from the Mobile Network Operator (MNO) is also required if the 5G device is intended to operate in their network.
